Memories and Beyond specializes in coordinating and executing corporate  and non-profit events. Whether you need assistance for a small meeting or full-scale management, there’s no limits to what Memories and Beyond can produce. We work with our clients to create visual stories that speak to your company’s personality, meet your goals and leave your guests with an experience they will long remember. Our team has planned a variety of corporate events, i.e., conferences, galas, community events, luncheons, receptions, retreats, fundraising of all types, holiday parties and more. Our services also include the following:

  • Recommend vendors: venues, caterers, entertainment, photographers
  • Coordinate and attend all necessary committee meetings
  • Assist with event theme and decor 
  • Provide design logistics to include floor plan and  activities flow
  • Assist with travel and transportation accommodations
  • Create a timeline and distribute to all the vendors


We are the first to arrive on site and the very last to leave on the event day. We provide a fully prepared  team, manage your event and ensure that all elements fall in place. We partner with the best vendors to provide exactly what you need, including today’s latest technologies.  We assist with decor, staging and entertainment, provide guest assistance and cue activities for a flawless event.

Non-Profit and Charity Events

We understand through supporting projects for those in need, the load can become overwhelming. Our team can handle the countless details and coordinate the technical aspects. Our goal is to make it simple and affordable for companies of all sizes to host charity events that support and/or give to those in need. Event services include, but are not limited to:

Proposals and Rates

Memories and Beyond consultations are complimentary. A proposal of concepts and services will be provided within ten business days. Our corporate fees are based on daily/hourly rates or percentage.
